This program will help you to: -Use time management to limit overwhelm and burnout -Identify triggers and stressors to increased pain and anxiety -Safely change your relationship to sensations by reducing fear-based behaviors -Adopt mind-body techniques to soothe the nervous system -and SMART goal planning to reintroduce meaningful activities that bring independence, joy, and purpose. Friendly reminder that each person's healing journey is unique. Most clients renew this pain coaching package two to three times.
